LOCATION
Dr. Heidt sees clients in-person, by encrypted video chat and in some cases over the phone. Her office is located at 1100 – 1631 Dickson Avenue, Kelowna, B.C.
CLIENT FOCUS
Dr. Heidt provides psychotherapy services to children (10 to 13 years old), adolescents, and adults. She doesn’t offer family or couples therapy or comprehensive psychological assessments.
CANCELATION POLICY
Dr. Heidt requires 48-hours notice before the start time of your session to cancel an appointment with no fee charged to you. If you cancel an appointment between 24 and 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a half-session fee, and if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a full-session fee.
