FAQ

How do I book with Dr. Heidt for the first time?

The first step is to set up an account through the Jane online booking app. The app will give you access to Dr. Heidt’s calendar where you can view and book appointment times. Dr. Heidt’s office may contact you before your appointment if she has questions. You can email office@drconstanceheidt.com if you have questions.

Do I need a referral?

You don’t need a referral from a physician to see a psychologist, but it’s possible your insurance company will ask for a physician’s referral before they will provide coverage. It’s a good idea to look into your coverage before booking an appointment so you don’t run into any surprises.
